Olympic Casino supported children’s shelter in Narva

Estonia’s largest casino operator Olympic Casino raised 13,496 Estonian kroons in the course of the opening party of Astri Olympic Casino in Narva to support the local children’s shelter.

Olympic Casino’s second casino in Narva started its activities in Astri shopping and recreation complex at the beginning of this July, whereas the high-spirited opening party with Anne Veski as the major entertainer was held on Friday, 21 July. According to Tarmo Kase, the executive manager of the company, the amount of the support money raised was 13,496 kroons, and the money came from the charity jackpot and a charity lottery.

“We supported the children’s shelter in Narva, which offers temporary help and support for uncared for children who are in danger because of violence or conflicts,” Tarmo Kase said. „We consider the work of the shelter very thankworthy and wish to contribute to its becoming more child-friendly.”

The charity cheque handed over during the opening party of the casino was received by Liidia Synkova, manager of the shelter, according to whom, the support money will be used for buying development advancing toys to the newly renovated children’s room. The shelter offers accommodation and food for children of up to 18 years old. According to Liidia Synkova, the number of under 3-year old children in the shelter has considerably increased during the last years. In addition to accommodation and food, the shelter helps to find substitute families for children in need and offers psychological and crisis help.

The second Olympic Casino in Narva is situated on the first floor of the extension of Astri Centre and is open 24 hours a day. According to Tarmo Kase, the executive manager of Olympic Casino, this is the most beautiful casino in Estonia, diversifying recreation possibilities for inhabitants of Ida-Virumaa and offering activities for foreign guests. „In addition to the 40 up-to-date slot machines, we offer, on our 260 m2 area, also performances and superb bonus prize possibilities for our visitors,” Kase said.

For example, at the end of this year, on 22 December, Peugeot 207 will be the car-jackpot prize for clients of Olympic Casino. Tickets necessary for winning the car can be collected by playing on slot machines in the Olympic Casinos of Narva and Jõhvi, using the client card. The car-jackpot uniting all the casinos is the stylish city car Citroën C3.

Mystery jackpot is another jackpot uniting all slot machines of the Estonian Olympic Casino, and by today the jackpot has grown to the amount of more than 473,000 Estonian kroons and may be won at any Olympic Casino with even 10-sent bets.
