4 million kroons on stake for this poker week end in Olympic Casino

Olympic Casino, the largest casino operator in the Baltic states, in cooperation with the William Hill internet poker environment is setting up this weekend an international sports poker tournament William Hill Baltic Open to take place in its flagship casino in Tallinn.
The international poker tournament taking place from Friday to Sunday in Reval Park Hotel&Casino will attract over 100 people to Tallinn. This sporting event is especially notable for its prize fund extending to 4 million kroons, which includes also the preliminary round on Friday and the follow-up tournament on Sunday. The prize fund for the main event on Saturday extends to 200,000 euros (more than 3 million kroons) and in addition to the leading William Hill poker players the best Estonian players are also competing for this prize.

According to the Olympic Casino executive manager Tarmo Kase the fact that such extensive tournaments should take place in Tallinn signifies the high level of casino entertainment provided here and the high quality of our services. "Staging international tournaments is starting to be an ever more important activity for Olympic Casino," said Mr.Kase. "We are handling international poker tournaments on par with other major sports events taking place in Tallinn and we are convinced that casino tourism is a profitable area with great prospects for both Tallinn and the entire Estonia." The William Hill Baltic Open is already the second major international tournament this month that Olympic Casino is assisting to stage. In the coming months there are at least three more tournaments of the same caliber coming up.
